We walked all over Paris today looking at stuff that Mummy wanted to see… places that dead people used to visit. Manet, Renoir, Monet… she doesn’t even KNOW these people but she wanted to “walk down their streets” and “see their sights” and Mummy let me “pee pee where they walked!!!” Things FINALLY IMPROVED when we stepped into a really cool TOY STORE called “Pixi & Cie” in the 6th arrondissement, where they sell all sorts of collectable figurines. Lucky for me they had stuff from the “Tin Tin” series and SNOWY the dog (“Milou” in French) is my favorite!!! They had a teeny tiny SNOWY that Mummy got for me because I had been soooo good all day! We talked to Ms Caroline, the nice lady at the shop, about our visit to Paris, and she told us a little more about her shop and the storybook collectibles that they carry. Some of them are as tiny as a baby’s fingernail!!! And others are very, very large!!! If you are ever in Paris, pop over to this darling shop to browse around. They even have a museum upstairs that Mummy might go back to see another day!!!

So happy you got something you love Millie; but nothing beats you pretty face?
Glad mommy bought you something. When are you going to see things that interest you? You are on vacation too.
Love your new toy hun!
Finally you got your First Souvenir from PARIS!!! keep shopping!!! 😉 Big Kisssss
Your Snowy is ADORABLE and just your size!!!
Tres bien.
Oh my goodness what an adorable little Snowy! I can tell she is going to be one of your favorite toys! I can’t imagine that no one in Paris makes gorgeous doggie harnesses and outfits? How can they be a FASHION CAPITOL if they don’t? smh If Mummy wants to stay in Paris at least she knows what her new career can be she would take Paris by storm with your amazing sewing abilities!
Millie and Darsey,
I LOVE 6th arrondissement, and will look for this little shop when I return. I’m glad you got a little Milou to take home as a souvenir. Bisou bisou.
Run Tin took me back to my childhood where I would watch Rin Tin Tin on TV. You’re mom might be too young to have watched it.
Here’s where he is buried.
Rin Tin Tin’s Grave..The Cemetery of Dogs. 40,000 animals including Rin Tin Tin are buried in a country-like, beautifully landscaped and maintained cemetery, known as The Cemetery of Dogs d’Asniéres sur Seine, located at the edge of Paris along the River Seine.
Ohhhhh I need to try and find this because I would really like to go there!!!
