When you visit Paris you will not find a shortage of cute little cafés or glamorous restaurants in which to dine… and if your furbaby is with you, you can almost always bring them along, even INDOORS! We dined at the famous “Café de la Paix” just across from the Opéra house and Mummy ordered the Croque Madame… this is a fried ham and melted cheese sandwich with a fried egg on top… GASP! Just SCRUMPTIOUS!!! Soooo, you know how I love to tell you about the places that I have visited… let me tell you about this exquisite café. It opened in 1862 in order to serve the Grand-Hôtel where the café is located. It is just across from the Grand Opéra and many famous people have dined inside here, including: Guy de Maupassant, the Prince of Wales and the future King of the UK, Edward VII. In 1975 the French government declared it to be a historic site… and I just dined here! MILLIE LARUE! So they can now add little me to the list of people who have eaten inside the Café de la Paix! ??❤️???

It looks beautiful! I can’t imagine being away from home this long though aren’t you homesick and missing your sisters and daddy? I remember a long long time ago I had to go to training for a new position where I worked for 3 months! actually I stayed in our camper in a camp ground it was in another part of Pennsylvania I even had my little dog along but I got tired of being away and really wanted to come home.
