Mummy took several cooking classes when we went to Paris recently. They LOVE chicken in France, so we wanted to share a delicious chicken recipe of ours with you. This one is very simple and makes a perfect appetizer when guests come over or just for special nights at home with your own family. You can use a store-bought roasted chicken to make it even easier and it really just takes a few minutes to prepare!
.
CURRIED CHICKEN SPREAD
.
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons A-1 steak sauce
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1 cup tiny-diced roasted chicken
1/4 cup tiny-diced celery
2 Tablespoons dried parsley
2 Tablespoons roasted pine nuts (to roast, place in a baking pan at 250 degrees until just lightly brown)
.
Stir together the softened cream cheese, steak sauce and curry powder in a large bowl. Just do this by hand with a large spoon. Add the diced chicken and celery and stir until well mixed. Finally add in the dried parsley and roasted pine nuts and blend until it is all combined. That’s it! Spoon mixture onto a serving plate and serve with a cracker assortment of your choice.

Bone appetit!
