Are you ready for another YUMMY Holiday Martini recipe?
This one is a SURE WINNER!
Coconut Cookie Martini
1.5 ounces Malibu Rum
1.5 ounces Buttermilk
1.5 ounces Half & Half
1/2 ounce Egg Whites (use the kind in the carton from the refrig. section of the grocery…easy breezy!)
1/2 ounce simple syrup (you can make your own or buy it already made…we bought it!  )
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Garnish: Toasted Coconut Flakes
Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice…SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE until the egg whites get all foamy. Strain into your Mummy’s glass and then top with some toasted coconut flakes.
Watch her smile when she sips it. She will ask you to make her another one!!!
