This is a yummy drink to make anytime of the day when you need a little energy. You can get about 4 small servings from this recipe.

BUTTERMILK BERRY SMOOTHIE

2 cups ice
1 1/2 cups organic strawberries, cleaned and cut in half
1 cup organic blueberries, cleaned
1 large ripe organic banana
3/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
2 Tablespoons organic honey
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 Tablespoons bee pollen granules (found in a health food store…these are optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
