Mummy’s breakfast today started off with a DELICIOUS Protein smoothie…honestly….this was so good, she said she will have another for LUNCH! She even gave us doggies a few licks since everything in this is also GOOD FOR US TOO!
Blueberry Pom Protein Smoothie
8 ounces extra-soft silken tofu
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup pomegranate juice
1 medium banana, mashed
2 Tablespoons organic honey
2 Tablespoons bee pollen granules (found at a health food store)
Blend all ingredients together in a bender until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 6 hours.
