Arriving Home!

.

We got home from our 2-month-long EASTERN VACATION late Sunday night… just in time to start preparing for HURRICANE DORIAN that was headed our way. The first thing we did was run into our little room and sniff our beds to make sure no one had been sleeping in them while we were away… thank goodness they checked out!!! Then we ran into the den and inspected the beds in there. Katie ran lickety-split into MY LITTLE COTTAGE and sniffed out the place… it was clean! Our toys were all where we left them… scattered around the floor! ???? Over the next few days we have received evacuation orders, but the storm path is changing every few hours so we are still at home, waiting until the last minute to leave. Our plan is to pull out on Wednesday morning if things don’t look any better, but if Dorian will just turn a bit more to the RIGHT… we might be able to stay where we are and just endure some bad weather, but nothing too severe. UGGGGHHHH…. we will wait until morning to decide. ❤️???

I’ve been concerned about the storm hitting your area. My niece just pulled their camper out of the Outer Banks because of a mandatory evacuation deadline of 6 AM tomorrow morning. Praying you stay safe and your home doesn’t sustain storm damage. ❤️❤️??

I too have been watching the weather channel this hurricane is unnerving it’s so slow and moving all over the place I’ve wonder if it’s going to hit Pennsylvania next! smh I’m glad you got the camper refreshed in case you do need to leave in a hurry.
